How Does This Process Work?
If after the discovery call, we feel like we are a good fit, we will schedule a 75 minute initial session. Before our session, I will send over an intake form for you to fill out. In our 75 minute initial session, the whole session will be dedicated to discussing your intake form and current goals. After our initial session, we can schedule 40-minute follow-up appointments where we can check in on the plan to see what is working and what needs to be adjusted.
